301 Stainless Steel Strip is an austenitic stainless steel known for its excellent work-hardening ability, high strength, good elasticity, and reliable corrosion resistance. Compared with 304 stainless steel, 301 can achieve higher tensile strength and hardness through cold rolling, making it especially suitable for spring components and precision stamping applications.

DSM supplies AISI 301 / SUS301 / EN 1.4310 precision stainless steel strip with customized thickness, width, hardness, tensile strength, surface finish, and edge condition according to customer requirements. Our precision strip can be supplied in different temper conditions, including 1/4 Hard, 1/2 Hard, 3/4 Hard, Full Hard, and other customized mechanical properties.

With precision cold rolling and slitting capabilities, we can supply thin-gauge 301 stainless steel strip with stable thickness, tight dimensional tolerance, consistent mechanical properties, and good surface quality. Thickness can be supplied from approximately 0.04 mm to 1.2 mm, with thickness tolerance as tight as ±0.005 mm for suitable specifications.

301 stainless steel strip is widely used in constant force springs, flat springs, spring clips, electronic connectors, battery contacts, precision stamping parts, automotive components, shielding parts, hose clamps, and other high-strength elastic components.
